Welcome to The Golden Pera's Hotel! We are delighted to have you as our guest and would like to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you understand and agree with our policies.

Reservation Policy:
All reservations made through our website (www.thegoldenperashotel.com) or any other booking platform must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Any reservation made less than 3 days before the arrival date will be charged in full at the time of booking. The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 3 days before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel your reservation within this time frame, we will refund your payment in full. If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before your scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of your reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy:
Our check-in time is 3:00 PM, and our check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

Smoking Policy:
The Golden Pera's Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms or indoor public areas. Any guest found smoking in a non-smoking area will be subject to a cleaning fee.

Damages and Losses:
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused to the hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damages or losses incurred.

Pets Policy:
We do not allow pets in our hotel, with the exception of service animals. Please notify us at the time of booking if you will be traveling with a service animal.

Good value for money, excellent location ☺ The hotel is very well located, close to Taksim Square and a few minutes walk from Istiklal Avenue, which was amazingly convenient for us. Also there is a bus stop nearby, and lots of taxis. The room was small, but comfortable, we didn't spend much time there anyway, as we were out and about most of the time. We really liked the system where we could press a button and indicate not to be disturbed or ask for cleaning. The staff at reception were usually very nice and friendly and there was a lovely cat in the café area! ☹ The bathroom could do with more ventilation and a shower screen, as there isn't a proper divide between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so everything gets wet. Although we had breakfast included, we didn't eat there, we had a look at it and it just wasn't very appealing, it didn't look fresh. The coffee was very disappointing - the only option was instant coffee, which was not what we expected, and it was tasteless.
